Nobody with tinnitus should feel alone

Tinnitus is an isolating condition.

Even in a crowd you can feel alone.

But if that crowd is a group of people who know what you are going through, you start to feel part of something special.

Tinnitus can impact on your wellbeing; causing stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia and relationship difficulties. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

  • Tinnitus Support Groups help reduce feelings of loneliness
  • In 2018 we reached a major milestone of 100 Tinnitus Support Groups
  • We need your help to set up the next 100

Our Tinnitus Support Groups help people feel less alone, feel more supported and more in touch with their local community.

With your donation, we can set up more support groups, reach more people and combat the isolation that tinnitus can cause.
