We are holding one of our popular Tinnitus Information Days in Cheltenham. Thanks to generous support from the James Tudor Foundation and The Steel Charitable Trust, this event is free of charge to attend for the general public. Please feel free to bring along a partner or friend for support.

Our tinnitus experts will be giving talks about:

  • Basic facts on tinnitus
  • The impact of tinnitus
  • Audiological and medical treatments available
  • Psychological approaches to managing tinnitus

Aims of the day

  • Familiarise patients and families on all aspects of the impact of tinnitus
  • Draw attention to the therapy choices
  • Have an opportunity to share information.

Other highlights

  • Taster sessions, giving you the chance to sample 2 stress management therapies
  • Local service exhibitors on hand for advice and information; whilst we do not endorse particular companies or products, we are endeavouring to bring together a variety of options for the convenience of the tinnitus community.
  • And of course, free refreshments and a light lunch are provided!

This will be our nineteenth Tinnitus Information Day to date - we have held these events all over the UK with great success. Many attendees leave at the end of the day feeling more positive and in a better position to manage their tinnitus

People who have attended previous Tinnitus Information Days, have said:

  • The day was beyond my expectations. I will concentrate on having the best life I can.
  • I wish I could have heard all this 20 years ago
  • Just meeting people with the same condition was so helpful
  • Absolutely loved the day, calmed my tinnitus
  • I would absolutely recommend this day to anybody I know suffering from tinnitus.
