Events Manager

We are looking to recruit an experienced Events Manager to manage, innovate and develop our existing highly regarded events programme. There will be the opportunity to look at how to deliver it in new ways and innovate around the delivery and structure of our events programme, whilst maintaining the quality and prestige in which they are held. 

Key responsibilities

  • Manage, innovate and develop an annual programme of events
  • Assess and develop new delivery methods
  • Implement robust evaluation and improvement plans across all events
  • Line manage the Events and Administration Assistant
  • After training, answering the BTA telephone helpline and webchat

The person

You should have proven event planning and management experience with the ability to manage multiple events independently and deliver outstanding results. We are looking for someone who has strong organisational skills, excellent communications skills, who likes a challenge, and has an eye for detail.
