Monday 5th October & Friday 9th October, 12:00pm - 1:00pm

A 60-minute virtual tea break, allowing you to connect with others with tinnitus in a facilitated environment.

The T break will be running on Monday 5th October and Friday 9th October, please pick one of these dates to attend.

What is a virtual tea break?

The BTA understands how useful it can be to talk with others with tinnitus, the importance of knowing that you're not alone.

This virtual tea break offers those with tinnitus the opportunity to talk with others, share tips on what has helped them or for those that just want to grab a cuppa and come along for a chat.

As an attendee, you will also be invited to a networking forum in order to carry on the conversation, share your thoughts and ask questions to the group.

The T break will be running on Monday 5th October and Friday 9th October, please pick one of these dates to attend.

What do I need to take part?

You will require internet access, we will be using Zoom meetings for the session. A camera and microphone are also required if you do not have access to a camera and/or microphone you can use the chatbox feature.
