It will explore in further detail areas mentioned in the publication Tinnitus in Children: Guidance Practice such as; Assessment measures Interviewing techniques Explaining tinnitus to children and families Management planning for home and school Relaxation with children Service development. The course is taught by a multidisciplinary team and we aim to make the course practical, with plenty of time for case discussions and sharing ideas. You should leave the course with a toolkit that enables you to confidently see and manage children with tinnitus.The course is an ideal next step for those who have previously attended the UCL Masterclass in Tinnitus and Hyperacusis, although attendance on this is not a pre-requisite for the course. Who should attend? The course is suitable for Paediatric Audiologists, Hearing Therapists, Audio-Vestibular Physicians, Community Paediatricians, Child Psychologists and Teachers of the Deaf.
