Aldershot & District Tinnitus Self Help Group meet on the second Wednesday of the month, between 1.30pm and 3.30pm at the Rowhill Nature Reserve.

Additional information

The group produces a quarterly newsletter showing future dates plus reports on previous meetings.

There are 3 members who have been through the BTA's Tinnitus Adviser Training course in the group, to provide support.

The group invites an Audiologist and Tinnitus Therapist or other specialist from our local hospital to speak to the group at least once a year.

The venue is accessible for people with a disability and has public address system and an induction loop fitted for hearing aid users.

Refreshments are provided (fee of £1 per meeting).

Equipment is available for loan, and information and advice leaflets are available.

There is parking on site. By bus, there is a stop just outside the venue coming from Aldershot, and over the road from Farnborough
