Do you want to improve the lives of over 7 million people? Then come and be our next CEO!

Currently one in eight adults in the UK have tinnitus - it is one of the most common health conditions yet there is still no cure. We are calling out for you to stand up and be our next Chief Executive and drive progress as we strive for a world where no one suffers from tinnitus.

We are the only charity in the UK dedicated to supporting and providing a voice for people who spend every day tackling, managing or suffering with their tinnitus. We offer support to people when they need it the most, we contribute to researching tinnitus to help find a cure, we advise medical professionals on how to help people with tinnitus and we use our platform to advocate for a greater understanding of the impact tinnitus has.

Over the past decade, our previous Chief Executive built our income from £300,000 to £1,300,000 and created a framework to move into the next phase of major growth. We are now in a position of strength to push forward with our flagship project – a Tinnitus Biobank – which will transform our understanding and knowledge of tinnitus – and ultimately find a cure.

We are looking for an exceptional leader to join us at this exciting and crucial time in our growth. You will be a strategic thinker, with strong leadership skills, able to inspire your team, medical professionals and the tinnitus community. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and shape our vision of a future where no one suffers from tinnitus.
