We will not be able to hold our AGM physically this year, so it will take place via the Zoom platform on 24 September at 6pm. We do hope you can join us. To register to attend click on the AGM page here.

As well as the business of the day - approving our accounts and voting in new Trustees - there will also be a presentation from BTA Chief Executive David Stockdale on the activities of the BTA.

The business of the meeting will be:

  1. To receive apologies for absence
  2. To approve minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 13 September 2019
  3. To receive and consider the Directors’ and Trustees’ Report
  4. To receive and consider the annual audited accounts and reports for the financial year ended 31 March 2020
  5. To elect/re-elect the following as Trustees of the Charity:
  1. To delegate authority to the Trustees to appoint and fix the remuneration of auditors on an ongoing basis until this authority is revoked by a further members’ ordinary resolution.

If you are a member of the BTA, you should have received a copy of the AGM papers included with the August issue of Quiet. This includes the formal notice of the meeting, a summary financial report, and the candidate statements for those who have been nominated as Trustees.

Also included is a voting form - if you are a member (and only if you are a member paying for a subscription, please!) do complete this and return it to us at FREEPOST BTA by 22 September to have your say in the future governance of the BTA.

Some people may have opted out of receiving a copy of the AGM papers, or are not members but who wish to see the report and financial accounts. You can download your copy of the AGM papers by clicking on the button below:
