2020 Meetings

On the following Saturdays, 3-5pm:

  • 7th March

This Saturday we will be joined by Chris Morris a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist who will be giving a talk on how hypnotherapy can reduce the anxiety caused by Tinnitus. Chris has had Tinnitus for nearly 40 years and suffered anxiety and bouts of depression for many years until he had solution focused hypnotherapy 10 years ago.  Although Chris notices the whistle/ringing at times he is able to ignore it and get on with his life. He will explain how and why we suffer from anxiety etc and how hypnotherapy can help. Chris will also do a short relaxation session as an example of the process and is happy to answer any questions you have.
