Where the group meets Christ the King ChurchMautravers CloseBradley StokeBristol, BS32 8EE When the group meets 2019 Meetings On the following Saturdays, 3-5pm: 02 February - Yvonne Roper will be giving a short talk about stress management. Yvonne works with individual clients and also with companies such as Airbus Bristol, Lloyds bank across UK, Dubai Police on various training courses for stress management. Yvonne is Andy Roper's (our group member) wife and has very Kindly agreed to give this talk. Research shows that there is a strong link between tinnitus and stress. Managing stress sucessfully can help to reduce the impact of tinnitus. 27 April - Shakeela Rashid and Jessica Pollard from BTA will be giving a short talk. They will talk about the BTA and their roles within the charity and will also answer any questions relating to tinnitus 22 June 31 August - Janice Rossiter will be giving a short talk on Qigong. Qigong is a form of gentile exercise and is recognised as mind and body medicine. It focuses on the breath, posture and state of awareness.
