When the group meets

On the following dates, 2.00-3.30pm

2019 Meetings

  • 15 January: This will be a session on Tai Chi.
  • 06 February - Tinnitus Awareness Week - This meeting will have an EFT speaker coming to the talk to give us a demonstration to join in with
  • 13 March - Dave Clarke from Bromley Hearing Care will be giving a talk.
  • 08 May - Sheena Rose will be running a mindfulness session 
  • 03 July - Colette Bunker, Volunteer & Support Groups Manager from the BTA, will be joining us. 
  • 11 September - A talk about CBT by someone from the Priory Hospital in Hayes
  • 13 November - Tea and Talking: We are going to do an experiential group where members are invited to share their own experience with Tinnitus and what they do to cope with it. It will be casual and comfortable, with refreshments.

2018 Meetings

  • 11 September: Speaker on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from the Priory Hospital
  • 14 November: Colette Bunker, Volunteering and Support Group Manager from the British Tinnitus Association

These meetings are hosted by Deaf Access but anyone with tinnitus is welcome to attend irrespective of whether or not you have a hearing loss.
