About the group

Group support sessions for those who are suffering from tinnitus; run by the Sensory Support Team from the Western Health and Social Care Trust. The effects of tinnitus and self management techniques are discussed throughout the sessions. Topics covered include breathing and relaxation techniques and self help tips to alleviate the effects of tinnitus
