The 2021 Virtual AGM will cover approving the accounts, voting in new Trustees plus a short presentation giving an overview of activities of the BTA.


What will the AGM cover?  

The AGM will not be taking place as a physical event for 2021, instead this will be run virtually. 

As well as the business of the day including approving our accounts and voting in new Trustees, there will also be a presentation from David Stockdale, Chief Executive, British Tinnitus Association on the activities of the BTA.

If you are a member of the BTA, you will find a copy of the AGM papers included with the latest issue of Quiet magazine, which will be with you by the end of August. This includes a summary financial report, and the candidate statements for those who have been nominated as Trustees.

Also included is a voting form, if you are unable to attend please complete this and return it to us at FREEPOST BTA by Monday 4 October 2021.

Who can attend? 

The AGM is open to all members of the public, however, the voting for new Trustees will only be open to members of the BTA


I am a member, how will I vote? 

If you will be attending the meeting on Thursday 7 October, you will be prompted during the meeting to submit your vote. Instructions will be given on how this will work, however, if you have any questions in regards to this prior to the meeting taking place please contact [email protected]


What do I need to attend? 

You will require internet access, we will be using Zoom meetings for the session.
