My tinnitus started getting bad nearly a year ago now, and since then it’s been pretty constant 24/7 ringing in the ears which doesn’t always get masked by TV/music/outside noise. Going to sleep can be the hardest and I’ve had many frustrated nights where I just can’t switch off. It’s not been an easy year, and it makes being positive a bit trickier however much I try to tell myself ‘it could be worse’. Social media makes everyone’s life’s look like a barrel of laughs but it’s not always that simple. I know this doesn’t seem as important as other diseases/illness and I’m not comparing at all, but I will say like any other illness it makes standard of life lower - so any help you could give to stop the ringing for the 1 in 8 people who suffer with Tinnitus, would mean the world to me!
