During Tinnitus Week, we would love your support, to help us reach more people and to get to those who may not know what support is available. There are many ways you can get involved with the campaign and the wider Tinnitus Week activity, too:

Follow us on social media

You can get involved by following us on Twitter at @BritishTinnitus and on Facebook at BritishTinnitusAssociation. Please make sure you look out for, and use the hashtag #TinnitusWeek.

Join the Thunderclap - https://www.thunderclap.it/projects/66547-tinnitus-week-2018

Once again, we’ll be using the crowdspeaking platform Thunderclap to make sure the Tinnitus Week message is heard loud and proud across social media. The platform allows people to share a single message through Twitter or Facebook simultaneously, flash-mob style. Our Thunderclap will be happening at noon on Friday 9 February, so make sure you’re a part of it and sign up here. Last year we reached more than half a million people – help us go bigger and better this year!

Postcards and Posters

You can download a Tinnitus Week postcard and snap a selfie or a group photo with it to show your support for the week-long event. Don’t forget to use #TinnitusWeek – we’ll share the best!

Or if you can, please help by putting up a poster, these are suitable for GP practices, places of work, libraries, schools, community centres or local shops etc and and are A4 in size - the more people who see these the better.

The postcard and poster are available here to download. If you don't have a printer, then just request for them to be sent in the post. We need your name and address to be able to do this, and if you would like more than one copy, please just let us know. Click here to send us an email.

Have a display pack

The pack will include information, posters, postcards and balloons. Display packs are suitable for GP practices, hospitals, health centres or places of work where you have space to lay out information for people to take away. Email [email protected] with your name and postal address to request a pack to display and tell us a little bit more about where the display will be.
