About the group

A group for people in the Marlow area run by local volunteer Gilly Wright, who is passionate about helping people with Tinnitus and hearing problems. With the support of audiogists Selma Becker and Kevin Jeffery at Help in Hearing, Gilly has been running the group now for two years and mostly holds evening meetings, with the occasional Saturday morning workshop.

Additionally, the group has achieved the BTA Gold Standard for Support Groups

Mindfulness & Well-Being

 Wednesday January 8th 2020

Refreshments: 6.00pm. Talk: 6.30pm - 8.00pm

 Gayle Creasey, a local psychotherapist who works as a mindfulness and self-compassion trainer will be talking about the simple, practical skills needed to help reduce the impact of stress and suffering and improve emotional resilience and well-being.

Sharing your Tinnitus Experience

 A meeting to share our Tinnitus journeys, with the emphasis on positive management. An opportunity for current and new group members to tell their story. All welcome.


Wellbeing Notecards Workshop

Tuesday 17th March 2020

Refreshments: 6.00pm. Talk: 6.30pm - 8.00pm

We are running this workshop as a group activity to create wellbeing notecards to support your Tinnitus journey. The workshop is run by our support group members Vee Modha and Debbie Perry. Places are limited to 12 people so booking is essential.
