If you have tinnitus and need to talk, our Tinnitus Support Team are available 9-5, Monday to Friday and are available by phone, web chat, email or text.

You can also access our free to use e-learning site, Take on Tinnitus, which is perfect for anyone new to tinnitus who has seen or spoken with their GP but has not yet been seen by ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) or Audiology. Take on Tinnitus is also suitable for those who aren't new to the condition, but would like more help. The site is available all day, every day and is free to use.
