About the group

A support group for anyone living in or near to Nottingham, organised by local organisation The Ear Foundation. The group will be an informal, supportive group with a positive attitude towards enabling everyone to live well with their Tinnitus- we will not be able to provide medical advice or comment on specific symptoms experienced by an individual.

  • 4th August – Using sound effectively - T-minus APP (please feel free to bring along your own music/sound therapy to share with the group)

Additional information

Parking: The Ear Foundation does have a small car park, although parking gets very busy on course days so you are advised to use public transport. There is 3-hour parking available on Church Street, the road up from us. Please be aware there are traffic wardens working in this area.

Bus: From the city centre, the bus stop is located outside John Lewis at the Victoria Centre shopping centre. You will need to get bus number 35 or 36 and get off at Lenton Park. You will then walk to the traffic lights and take a left onto Gregory Street and then another left onto Church Street. The Ear Foundation is on the right-hand side
