Support Where can I get help? Support groups Online Support Groups As a result of Covid-19 restrictions and social distancing measures, we've introduced online tinnitus support groups and many of our independent local support groups have taken their sessions online too. Accessible no matter where you are in the world, these groups offer flexible support with your tinnitus from the comfort of your own home. Facilitated by experienced support group leaders, BTA staff and/or hearing professionals, the meetings are scheduled on different days and at different times to offer a variety of options. Join a BTA online group Please note: we want you to be able to get to know others in the group over time and don't want the groups to get too large, so please only sign up for one of the following groups (you can switch to a different group if you find the timing no longer works for you) First Monday of the month (12.00-1.30pm GMT) First Wednesday of the month (6.30-8.00pm GMT) Second Monday of the month (7.30-9.00pm GMT) Third Saturday of the month (10.00-11.30am GMT) Fourth Tuesday of the month (12.00-1.30pm GMT) Musicians' Tinnitus Support Group, Second Wednesday of the month (7:00-8:30pm GMT) 18-30s Tinnitus Support Group, Fourth Monday of the month (7:30-9:00pm GMT) Join a local online group The following groups are run by those who normally run tinnitus support group meetings in their area but have moved online due to the Covid-19 restrictions.
