Plug’em is a tinnitus prevention campaign being run by the BTA.

Aimed at younger people going to clubs, gigs and festivals, the campaign is raising awareness of the need to protect hearing by using earplugs. But if you don’t go to clubs, gigs or festivals it’s still relevant if you want to find out more about protecting your hearing, learn about safe sound levels and the types of earplugs which are available.

The website is full of useful information, and also posts a regular blog of peoples experiences of tinnitus from loud music, and also messages from our Plug’em Ambassadors which include Mark Ronson and Anne Savage.
