Regional Tinnitus Networks give health service professionals working with tinnitus patients an opportunity to meet, share information and keep up to date with the latest developments.

There is a network operating in each region, some are organised and run by people in the network and others are facilitated by the BTA. Outcomes from each network vary, but can include:

  • Updating each other on service provision and caseload
  • Problem solving
  • Requests for information
  • Seeking experience
  • Reusing assets
  • Coordination and synergy
  • Discussing developments and research
  • Documentation projects
  • Visits or guest speakers
  • Discussion of case studies
  • Mapping knowledge and identifying gaps
  • Identifying areas of best practice
