We are the only national charity with a full range of products for people with tinnitus and we provide clear and impartial advice. As we are a charity, buying from us means that any surplus funds help support the work that we do for people with tinnitus.

The price you see is the price you pay. There are no additional postage costs.

The vast majority of our products can be returned within 28 days, as long as they are in as new condition and returned with their original packaging and instruction sheets.


The price quoted for BTA Members is for those who have paid a subscription to the BTA (currently £15 per year) to support our work.
